Online learning course suite for rostering and workforce management
Two courses, 10 modules each, educating healthcare workers on the new digital rostering system and key workforce policies

My role on this project
- content writing and IA
- design - UX, UI and graphics
- online learning development
- stakeholder engagement
Project overview
During a digital transformation initiative aimed at digitising the rostering process for front-line clinicians, I took charge of writing, designing, developing, and implementing two sets of online courses, each with ten modules. The entire project was completed within a span of six months. These courses played a critical role in facilitating change management and ensuring the smooth adoption of the new system
The design process
Content design
The process of producing content for these online courses commenced with Instructional Design. With guidance from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), I authored and organised the material.
Additionally, I developed product blueprints and devised a roadmap for the tasks involved in product development.

Product development
After completing the content design, my next task was to construct the course and module suite and design graphics for all related assets. I utilised the Articulate RISE authoring tool to create the modules, and developed custom interactions with Articulate Storyline.
